Important Speaker Guidelines & Disclaimer

We are excited to have you share your knowledge with our student community. Please note the following important points:

  • It is mandatory to share your final presentation slides at least one week prior to the event (by 26th September 2026).
  • Use of AWS services is compulsory in all sessions to maintain the focus and relevance of the event.
  • All sessions must be student-friendly — clear, engaging, and accessible to undergraduate and postgraduate engineering students with varying levels of cloud knowledge.
  • As this is a student-led community event, we regret to inform that no travel or accommodation compensation will be provided to speakers.
  • As a token of our gratitude, all selected speakers will receive exclusive speaker goodies, token of appreciation and a Certificate of Appreciation.
